Goa’s culture as we know it, is slowly fading away. Our elders are far more rooted in our state’s culture than we are, and now, it is more evident than ever. However, it doesn’t have to stay that way. We made a fun AR filter, to help younger Goans connect with their roots. Our aim is to get the youth interested in their heritage in a way that brings them together and helps them appreciate their beginnings in Goa, our beloved home.
So that Goa doesn't lose its unique identity in the face of modernisation, we decided to make a small effort from our side to instil pride for Goa in our youngster’s hearts.
Fostering a sense of connection to their cultural background, can help people appreciate and preserve their traditions for future generations. After all, our elders had more exposure to their native language and culture through their social circles and community.
